OS v10.12, 10.13: (USB)Due to a change in the OS specifications, scanning from the product (by using the SCAN button) is not available. OS v10.11: (USB)Launch IJ Scan Utility in advance before scanning from the product (Push-scan). OS X v10.7, v10.8, v10.9, v10.10: If scanning cannot be performed from the scanner button or from the printer operation panel, install the ICA driver. Please reconnect the computer with the printer, and scanning can be performed. OS v10.11, 10.12, 10.13: Scanning cannot be performed in the other user environment by switching users. If using the ICA driver,please do not scan with this settings. OS v10.11, 10.12, 10.13: When scanning is executed with the setting of 25dpi/grayscale/Descreen on, the connection with the device is terminated. macOS High Sierra (10.13) has been added as a supported OS. This driver is a scanner driver for Canon color image scanners.
